This is definitely an issue with Outlook, especially if you're able to see new email when logging directly to our website. I recommend you remove the email from your Outlook profile and then add it back on there.XfinityChad2. You can only edit names associated with your account and at the device level. You'll need to contact support to have it removed, it can not be done from the TV or online. Sometimes after a device swap the device name is still associated with the account .
